Job summary

Cinter Technology seeks an ERP SAP LE Consultant (Korean bilingual) for a 1-year W-2 contract in Plano, TX. You will align SAP LE processes with business requirements, train users, and support multiple North American sites, providing ongoing optimization and issue resolution.

The role requires 4+ years in SAP consulting, ECC6/HANA configuration, and strong EDI skills, with bilingual English/Korean communication. Onsite hours are 9–6, with a focus on client-driven SAP logistics improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications.

• Experienced in processing a variety of EDI document types

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to users to define processes and identify inefficiencies; document business processes and propose system improvements.
• Communicate with client HQ to manage and optimize SAP Logistics processes to meet requirements.
• Support North American sites and train end users; build strong end-user relationships and ongoing support.
• Monitor and report status of issues and performance against standards.
• Serve as primary on-call support for troubleshooting and system issues

• Salary: Up to $11,000/month (DOE)

• Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM
• Language: English and Korean (bilingual)
• Provide strategic guidance to users in defining or designing processes to meet customer requirements; document existing customer business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements and provide backup for SAP consultants as needed
• Communicate with the client HQ for the implementation management and optimization of new and existing processes within SAP Logistics module as needed to support customer requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Required:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in an ECC 6 or HANA environment
• Experienced in processing a variety of EDI document types and familiarity
• Project management experience that involves conceptualizing, organizing, planning, executing test, training users and documenting training materials
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamic of application development and information technology practices and methods
• ABAP debugging skills
• Business travel to foreign country
• Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) of computer science or related discipline with an information technology
• Experience with standard project management tools and concepts
• Participation in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP implementations
• In-depth technical knowledge working with EDI related systems and architecture
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills exemplified in team work
• Willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions
• Able to understand customer priorities and work toward accomplishing those priorities
• Manage the time and attention based on assigned job roles and objectives
• Bilingual Korean Required
