Job summary

Woongjin, Inc is seeking a SAP Logistics consultant to oversee SAP SD implementations, coordinate with HQ and North America PI team, and optimize processes within the SAP Logistics module.

The role requires hands-on configuration, SAP SD and Sales Portal expertise, plus ABAP debugging skills when available. Fluency in English and Korean is required; the position is office-based in Plano, TX, with five days in the office per HR guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications.
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in SAP environment.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle and IT practices.
• Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, time management skills.
• Bilingual (English/Korean) – read, write and speak in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project tasks and assist with ad-hoc projects: Coordination, tracking, and scheduling.
• Communicate with company HQ and North America PI team for SAP Logistics module implementation management and optimization.
• Provide strategic guidance to users in defining processes, document current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system improvements; backup for SAP consultants as needed.
• Monitor and report on status of issues; review performance against standards; provide information and reports of results.
• Identify and understand end-user SAP SD and Sales Portal requirements; provide training and documentation; maintain strong end-user relationships and ongoing support.
