Job summary

Cinter Technology Services in Plano, TX seeks an SAP SD Consultant / PM (Korean bilingual) for a 1-year contract/W2 onsite role. You will lead SAP SD and Logistics processes, coordinate with global teams, and drive process improvements while aligning with business priorities.

Required are 5+ years in SAP SD, Korean and English fluency, and strong project coordination. Working hours 09:00–18:00 CT. Competitive salary $83K-$85K DOE with 401K and insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a functional or business consultant supporting SAP applications.
• Hands-on SAP functional configuration and solution design experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD and SAP Logistics processes.
• Experience with SDLC and IT methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Ability to gather requirements, provide user support, training, and documentation.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required (reading, writing, and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project tasks and support ad-hoc projects with PI team, including coordination, tracking, scheduling, and project management activities.
• Communicate and collaborate with Samsung HQ and North America PI teams to support SAP Logistics process implementation and optimization initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance in defining and designing business processes to meet customer requirements.
• Document current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system and process improvements.
• Provide backup support for SAP consultants and assist cross-functional teams as needed.
• Monitor, track, and report project issues, risks, and performance against operating standards.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and provide recommendations to improve system utilization and operational efficiency.
• Support end users by gathering SAP SD and Sales Portal requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Create and maintain training materials, user documentation, and process-related reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and provide ongoing support for SAP SD-related activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience processing EDI transactions and familiarity with various EDI document types.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proven teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and develop innovative solutions.
• Experience supporting customer-focused process improvement initiatives.
• ABAP debugging experience preferred.
