Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Support to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee SAP/SCI security disciplines and coordinate with the GSSO to ensure compliant access.

Required TS/SCI eligibility, a 15+ year DoD background, and SAP/SCI experience; travel up to 10% (CONUS) may be needed. This role supports critical program security in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top-SECRET security clearance with SCI access or eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of DoD/government or DoD contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all SAP security disciplines: Information Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security, and Personnel Security.
• Coordinate with Government SAP Security Officer on security duties.
• Advise on SAP/SCI access policies and procedures.
• Manage SAP and SCI access quotas and maintain the unit's access database.
• Process PARs for industry partners and verify accuracy.
• Maintain security dossiers including training records and indoctrinations.
• Administer physical security for classified facilities and entry controls.
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI security education and training programs.
