Job summary

The Department of the Air Force Headquarters seeks a SECURITY SPECIALIST, GS-0080-12, to support Special Access Program (SAP) security for the 388th and 419th Fighter Wings, covering physical, industrial, personnel, operational, communications and information security management disciplines.

Applicants must meet OPM standards for GS positions; 120-day rosters may apply. Specialized experience includes developing guidance, applying security policy, and managing collateral, SAP and SCI programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all security disciplines to develop and manage SAP, SCI, and collateral programs.
• Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of SCI and SAP security principles related to information protection.
