Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC is seeking a Program Security Representative III in Arlington, VA to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data. The role ensures compliance with NISPOM, DCID, ICD, and related policy across day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years related experience in security programs.
• Security certifications (SFPC, SPSC) count toward experience years.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance required and ongoing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, DoD overprint, DCID, ICD and SAP policy.
• Develop and implement policies for SAP/SCI/collateral data protection.
• Provide day-to-day security support for SAP, SCI and collateral activities.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats and risks in test, training and operations.
• Brief government and civilian staff on security topics and requirements.
• Conduct SAP facility reviews, follow-on reviews, and close-outs.
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely communications.
