Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International seeks a Program Security Representative III to deliver multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data. You will ensure compliance with NISPOM and related policies, develop procedures, and train personnel across government and civilian staff.

Ideal candidates have 10–12 years of related experience, TS/SCI clearance, and a track record in security program management, with strong communication and leadership skills for coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• SFPC and SPSC certifications strongly preferred.
• Current TS/SCI clearance and polygraph eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to DoD security policies and SAP/SCI requirements.
• Develop and implement SAP/SCI security procedures and training.
• Provide day-to-day security support and identify improvements.
