General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Physical Security Officer Senior Principal in Arlington, VA. You will provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs and SCI activities, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and related policies.

You will mentor staff and lead facility reviews, training, and security program development. Role requires 10+ years in security, at least 2 years SAP experience, and TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related security experience.
• 2+ years SAP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD and SAP policy.
• Develop and execute SAP/SCI/collateral security procedures.
• Provide day-to-day security support and policy improvements.
• Identify vulnerabilities and risks in test, training and ops.
• Assist in OPS program development and training.
• Coordinate facility security oversight and remediation actions.
• Brief government and senior civilian staff on security topics.
• Conduct SAP facility reviews and follow-up close-outs.
• Monitor corrective actions and report results.
• Notify program staff on pertinent security matters.
• Investigate loss or compromise of classified information.
• Coordinate SAP security education curriculum improvements.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.
