Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior role to drive SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and build a unified toolchain across SAP Cloud ALM, JIRA, LeanIX, and TOSCA. You will own end-to-end traceability, governance, and executive dashboards to support global multi-vendor delivery teams.

The role requires SAFe experience, strong stakeholder communication, and a track record of enabling adoption through workshops and governance reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Hands-on SAP Cloud ALM capabilities for requirements and testing.
• Proficient in SAP LeanIX for enterprise architecture governance.
• Strong knowledge of JIRA, Xray, backlog management and agile delivery.
• Experience with TOSCA for test automation and modern toolchains.
• Ability to define end-to-end traceability across tools and processes.
• Familiarity with SAFe delivery models and cross-team governance.
• Understanding of toolchain governance, taxonomy, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Define integrated toolchain vision and architecture aligned with SAP Activate and SAFe.
• Lead setup and adoption of SAP Cloud ALM for requirements and testing.
• Configure LeanIX for enterprise architecture and traceability.
• Drive JIRA setup for agile backlog and PI planning.
• Enable TOSCA-based test automation and regression management.
• Design integrations between SAP Cloud ALM, JIRA, LeanIX, and TOSCA.
• Create templates, workflows, taxonomy, and reporting standards.
• Support stakeholders with dashboards, KPIs, and governance reviews.
• Conduct onboarding and adoption sessions across global teams.
