Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Sr. IT Supply Chain Functional Analyst to partner with global stakeholders and translate complex supply chain needs into scalable tech solutions.

You will lead requirements gathering, design, and process improvements for purchasing, inventory, and fulfillment across corporate and plant environments. You will mentor analysts, advance BA standards, and support AI initiatives within the supply chain tech stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years experience in business-facing solution delivery or supply chain tech.
• 5+ years in design, delivery, and maintenance of SC tech solutions.
• Expertise with SAP S/4HANA modules to support daily ops.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong business process analysis, design, and capability mapping.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled business solutions.
• Collaborate across global business and IT teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the integrated global Supply Chain technology roadmap.
• Lead sessions to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with multiple business functions to align requirements with tech solutions.
• Model current processes to identify improvements and efficiencies.
• Evaluate and select technology solutions aligned with needs.
• Support data engineers and architects by leveraging AI capabilities.
• Participate in test planning and solution validation activities.
• Provide advanced functional and technical support and training.
• Collaborate on system enhancements while supporting SAP clean core.
• Review user guides, training materials, and process docs.
• Mentor junior analysts and improve BA standards.
