Job summary

CRH is seeking an experienced SAP Reporting Lead to own analytics architecture across SAP S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC and Snowflake exposure for cross-system reporting. The role focuses on choosing the most efficient, maintainable reporting approach and avoiding unnecessary ETL while enabling near real-time data access.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP reporting and analytics experience across SAP and cloud analytics
• Hands-on CDS views development and exposing via OData for reporting
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, live/import connections, and planning models
• Experience with SAP Datasphere data modeling and connections to SAP/non-SAP sources
• Experience exposing SAP data to external data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and BI concepts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Define reporting strategy and architecture across SAP landscape
• Build Datasphere data models and SAC dashboards for embedded and standalone analytics
• Develop Fiori-based reporting and ABAP-based reports when native SAP reporting is preferred
• Collaborate with enterprise data/BI teams to expose curated SAP data to Snowflake
• Govern data access, security, and performance for reporting workloads
• Translate business reporting needs into technical solutions and maintain documentation
