Job summary

InterEx Group is expanding its SAP recruitment division in Miami, seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to own the market, clients, and candidate network. This role offers autonomy, uncapped commission, and clear progression within a global brand.

You’ll source, pitch, and place SAP professionals across contract and permanent roles, developing long-term relationships while meeting revenue targets in a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of agency recruitment experience and a proven billing track record.
• Experience recruiting within SAP, ERP, Technology, IT, Cloud, Data, or Cyber Security is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and win new business within the SAP recruitment market.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships.
• Source and place SAP professionals across contract and permanent roles.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from BD to placement.
• Negotiate terms and fees with clients and candidates.
• Provide market insights and recruitment expertise.
