Job summary

Love's Travel Stops seeks a Senior Configuration Analyst - SAP Procure to Pay to support and optimize the end-to-end PTP solution. You will translate business requirements into SAP configurations for ECC and S/4, ensuring data quality and reliable controls in a large retail environment.

You will lead functional analysis, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT. The role emphasizes automation, AI, and continuous improvement within Love's governance framework.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years SAP configuration in ECC6.0/S/4 environments (PTP focus).
• End-to-end Procure to Pay knowledge: requisitioning, purchasing, inventory, AP integration.
• Translate business requirements into high-quality SAP solutions.
• Prefer standard configuration over customization.
• Master-data requirements for PTP processes.
• Experience with EDI (850, 855, 856, 810).
• Knowledge of US/Canada pricing and tax configuration.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Understand Love's end-to-end PTP processes and SAP ECC/S/4 solutions.
• Configure SAP to resolve issues, implement enhancements, prototype functionality.
• Respond promptly to production issues via designated channels.
• Lead requirements sessions with process owners and SMEs.
• Design, configure, test, and deliver SAP solutions meeting requirements.
• Develop unit, integration, and regression tests; support defect resolution.
• Document requirements, flows, specs, and designs, including tech specs where needed.
• Support business readiness and training for users and teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Development, Security, and IT teams to deliver solutions.
• Promote changes through change-management and release processes.
