Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive SAP ABAP development experience including Object-Oriented ABAP.
• Experience with Web Dynpro for ABAP, OData services, CDS Views, AMDP, Analytical Queries, RAP, and SAP Fiori/UI5.
• Deep experience supporting SAP Human Resources solutions including Infotypes, Payroll Cluster, Floorplan Manager, and HR development frameworks.
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, testing, and source code optimization.
• Expertise across multiple SAP modules; UNIX/Linux environments; SQL; SAP HANA.

• Analyze requirements, improve processes, and design scalable SAP HR solutions.
• Collaborate with functional specialists and stakeholders to develop high-quality SAP applications.
• Lead technical design, development, and integrations across SAP HR platforms.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization for reliable operation.
• Produce technical specifications and solution architecture documentation.
• Support user acceptance testing and deployment of new enhancements.
• Mentor teammates and promote adoption of emerging SAP technologies.
