Job summary

EY is actively seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to help modernize procurement through SAP S/4HANA and P2P transformations. You will gather requirements, design MM/Procure-to-Pay solutions, and translate business needs into technical specs while collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales teams.

The role requires 2–4 years' SAP procurement/consulting experience, strong communication, and ability to lead workshops. Travel of 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree with at least 2-4 years of SAP Procurement, Supply Chain, or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably an SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Procurement specializations, including: SAP S/4HANA Procurement, SAP Ariba solutions, or SAP MM.
• Experience configuring SAP MM procurement processes, including material master, vendor, RFQs, contracts, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, goods receipts, stock transport orders, ALE, and IDocs.
• Experience leading the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstream, including workshops and proof of concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP Procurement and P2P workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation engagements.
• Design and configure SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions across purchasing, inventory management, goods movements, and invoice verification processes.
• Advise clients on procurement leading practices and SAP standard capabilities while balancing business requirements with scalable solutions.
• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to help deliver integrated business solutions.
