Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to bridge business needs with technical SAP solutions across SAP S/4HANA Procurement, MM, and Ariba. You will gather requirements from stakeholders, design configurations, and deliver scalable procurement solutions while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will lead workshops, develop specs and documentation, and ensure alignment with procurement best practices. Travel of 40–60% is expected as client work demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years SAP Procurement, Supply Chain, or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Procurement specializations including SAP S/4HANA Procurement, SAP Invoice Management and AP Integration, SAP Inventory Management, SAP Ariba SLP/Strategic Sourcing/Contracts, Ariba Buying and Invoicing, or Ariba Integration (CIG).
• Experience configuring SAP MM procurement processes including material master, vendor, RFQs, contracts, purchase requisitions, PO, approvals, output management, goods receipts, stock transport orders, ALE, and IDocs.
• Experience in one or more SAP Ariba solutions (SLP, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, Buying and Invoicing, SC Collaboration, Commerce Automation, or CIG).
• Knowledge of integration points with AP, PP, SD, and other SAP modules.
• Experience leading the Procure-to-Pay workstream, including workshops and proof of concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP Procurement and P2P workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation engagements.
• Design and configure SAP MM solutions across purchasing, inventory management, goods movements, and invoice verification processes.
• Advise clients on procurement leading practices and SAP standard capabilities while balancing requirements with scalable solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and other deliverables.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to deliver integrated business solutions.
