Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to help modernize SAP procurement processes within SAP S/4HANA. You will gather requirements from business stakeholders, translate them into technical designs, and collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to implement scalable solutions.

You will lead workshops, configure MM and related modules, and ensure successful delivery across procurement, inventory, and invoicing to strengthen controls and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years SAP Procurement or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably S/4HANA.
• Hands-on SAP procurement config knowledge (MM, Ariba, SLP, Contracts, etc.).
• Ability to lead workshops, design solutions, and translate requirements into specs.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP Procurement and Procure-to-Pay workstreams.
• Design and configure SAP MM across purchasing, inventory, goods movements, and invoice verification processes.
• Advise clients on procurement leading practices and SAP standard capabilities while balancing business requirements with scalable solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to deliver integrated business solutions.
