Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in the United States seeks a SAP Production Planning (PP) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide functional SAP PP leadership within AMS/CAS. The role focuses on service delivery governance, high-quality delivery, and alignment with contractual obligations.

You will mentor team members, review change requests, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with delivery teams and customers to drive optimization and standardization of SAP PP processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP PP experience.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP PP modules and processes.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and coordination for SAP PP services within AMS/CAS landscape.
• Act as senior functional expert beyond ticketing, including customer meetings and issue resolution.
• Review and validate functional Change Requests with design, effort, and impact analysis.
• Advise customers on SAP PP standardization, optimization, and enhancements.
• Ensure AMS/CAS service delivery aligns with SLAs and contractual commitments.
• Serve as the functional coordination point within the delivery team for SAP PP activities.
• Coordinate change, testing, and improvement activities to ensure delivery standards.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and production optimization.
• Mentor team members and share domain knowledge.
• Represent the delivery team in governance meetings with updates on performance, risks and improvements.
