Job summary

SHL Medical in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Sr. SAP PP & QM Engineer to support ramp-up and ongoing production operations at a state‑of‑the‑art facility. The role focuses on production planning and quality processes, system integration, and ERP implementation.

You will lead SAP PP/QM enhancements, document processes, train users, and collaborate with global digital transformation teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with global standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an SAP business analyst in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP QM and PP processes and their integration with other systems.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, logistics, manufacturing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and resolution of complex SAP issues.
• Own SAP documentation and ensure alignment with standards.
• Provide user training and support when requested.
• Design and implement advanced PP/QM functionalities aligned with global standards.
• Resolve data integrity issues across SAP logistics modules.
• Re-engineer business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Initiate cross-functional process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with the global digital transformation team to address issues.
• Support peers and junior engineers and manage SAP responsibilities.
