Job summary
SHL Medical in North Charleston, SC, seeks an SAP EWM and ASRS Senior Engineer to optimize our intralogistics and warehouse operations within a state‑of‑the‑art facility. You will analyze processes, implement ERP integrations, and develop documentation and test materials for seamless SAP logistics deployments.
You will lead system configuration, testing, and user training, ensuring robust data integrity and successful adoption across the site.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as SAP specialist, consultant, or business analyst in logistics.
- Strong knowledge of SAP EWM and ASRS setups with integration to other SAP modules.
- Ability to translate requirements into workable designs and improvements.
- Experience in manufacturing / shop-floor environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior expert for SAP EWM and ASRS at the North Charleston site.
- Troubleshoot SAP issues using defined analytical methods.
- Prepare SAP documentation: processes, blueprints, design specs.
- Develop functional specs for configuration and customisation, including reports and workflows.
- Support end-user training and drive EWM/ASRS adoption across site operations.
- Collaborate with global digital teams on issue resolution and enhancements.
- Identify data integrity issues across SAP logistics modules and resolve them.
