Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis specializing in SAP Manufacturing to join the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive improved outcomes, translating requirements into technical specifications and designing SAP architecture solutions.

You will manage and mentor a hybrid offshore/onshore team, lead workshops, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high client service standards. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing, complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
