Albemarle Corporation is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimize SAP Manufacturing and Production Operations in a hybrid role based in Bangalore. The role partners with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT to deliver scalable SAP solutions and process improvements.

You will lead functional requirements, support PP-PI, MRP, BOMs, and master data, and coordinate integrations with MES and WMS/EWM. Strong communication and global deployment experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of SAP functional experience in manufacturing and supply chain.
• Requires 5+ years of SAP PP-PI experience in process manufacturing.
• Experience with BOMs, Master Recipes, Production Versions, Work Centers, and MRP data.
• Understanding of MES, WMS/EWM, and IBP integration with SAP ERP.

Responsabilités

• Support SAP PP-PI planning and execution, and manage master data.
• Coordinate deployments across plant, warehouse, acquisitions, and expansions.
• Lead testing, defect resolution, and data quality improvements; drive automation and analytics.
