Job summary

Kansas Ag Connection seeks an experienced Sr. SAP Business Analyst to own SAP Production Planning and Production Execution in a process-manufacturing setting.

You will configure PP-PI, maintain master data, and drive MRP optimization while collaborating with manufacturing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure reliable production planning. You will provide day-to-day production support, participate in design and testing, and work with onshore/offshore partners to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years implementing SAP PP-PI in a process-manufacturing environment.
• Two full SAP PP or PP-PI implementation lifecycles, from requirements through go-live.
• Hands-on configuration and support with process orders, BOMs, master recipes, production versions, PI Sheets, and resources.
• Strong hands-on MRP experience including planning parameters, strategies, and lot sizing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP Production Planning and Production Execution processes in a process-industry environment.
• Configure and support SAP PP and PP-PI capabilities based on approved processes.
• Design, configure, and maintain PP-PI master data and execution objects.
• Partner with manufacturing and operations to define process order execution and data collection.
• Lead MRP design and optimization and capacity planning activities.
• Support SAP Fiori apps for production planning and execution and analytics.
• Provide production support, analyze incidents, and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate across SAP modules MM, QM, WM, SD, PM, FI/CO and batch management.
