Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance consultant to collaborate with business stakeholders, analyze models and processes, and help design and deliver SAP solutions across multiple workstreams.

You will lead workshops, document functional specs, support testing and training, and travel 40–60% to serve clients in a hybrid model, benefiting from EY’s comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience with SAP Asset Management/PM/EAM.
• Strong technical skills in application functional design.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
• Travel willingness at 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Facilitate requirement gathering and lead design workshops during explore, configuration, unit testing phases; document functional specifications for design gaps during build phase; assist the client in all testing cycles; deliver training prior to go-live; and provide post go-live support.
• Stay current with the annual releases of new Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) functionalities from SAP.
• Collaborate within a team across workstreams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions.
