Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance specialists to help clients optimize asset-intensive operations. You will interact with business stakeholders, analyze requirements, and design end-to-end SAP solutions across maintenance, finance, procurement, and quality management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience with SAP Asset Management/PM/EAM.
• Strong technical skills in application functional design.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience with technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Lead requirement gathering and design workshops; document functional specs for design gaps; assist client in testing cycles; deliver training prior to go-live; provide post go-live support.
• Stay current with annual SAP Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) functionalities.
• Collaborate across workstreams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions.
