Job summary

EY seeks an SAP PLM Senior Consultant/Senior Technology Analyst to join its Core Supply Chain team. You will design and deliver SAP PLM solutions, translating business needs into scalable architectures and collaborating with stakeholders across functions.

You’ll bridge business and tech teams, gather requirements, and ensure effective system design, while traveling up to 60% to serve client needs and drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 2+ years functional experience with SAP PP/PLM or SAP S/4HANA PLM recommended.
• Experience supporting SAP projects in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client-service, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP S/4HANA PLM solutions.
• Configure and support SAP PLM capabilities including DMS, BOM management, ECM, and product data governance.
• Lead or support PLM workstreams, design sessions, and current/future-state documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to align data flows.
• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with technical teams on configurations and interfaces.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and document defects for timely resolution.
• Support data validation, cutover activities, and go-live stabilization.
• Maintain project documentation including process flows and training materials.
