Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC seeks a Senior SAP PLM Solution Architect to lead architecture across SAP PLM, ECC/S/4HANA, and NSR/ETO/CTO programs. You will guide cross-functional teams, align engineering with supply chain, and drive scalable, governed PLM solutions.

The role demands deep domain expertise, strong workshop facilitation, and a track record of global delivery leadership in high-tech manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Over 20 years of SAP experience with leadership in SAP PLM and discrete manufacturing.
• Delivery experience across multiple SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Deep knowledge of Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, and Program Management.
• Hands-on architecture in SAP PLM, DMS, classification, BOM management, ECM, Variant Configuration, Object Dependencies, and NPI.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise SAP PLM strategy, solution architecture, roadmaps, and governance.
• Design and optimize product development, NPI, product release, and document management processes.
• Facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into SAP/PLM designs.
• Architect NSR processes including customer requirements, evaluation, approvals, and delivery.
• Lead ETO/CTO, Make-to-Order, and project-based manufacturing process design.
• Ensure integration between SAP and PLM platforms and governance of configurations.
