Job summary

Sub-Zero Group, Inc. in the Madison area seeks a senior SAP Operations leader to oversee the SAP S/4HANA landscape, SAP Commerce Cloud, Datasphere, SAC, IBP, and related environments.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects, monitor performance, governance, and transports, and mentor the SAP Ops Team while ensuring DR tests and production support.

This role combines technical leadership with hands-on implementation in a family-owned, innovation-driven company.

Qualifications

• Experience managing SAP S/4HANA landscapes and related cloud solutions.
• Ability to govern, configure, and optimize SAP environments.
• Leadership experience within an SAP Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper setup and ongoing management of the SAP S/4HANA landscape, including BTP environments and the subset of solutions.
• Manage SAP Commerce Cloud, Datasphere, SAC, IBP, OpenText, etc., and stay aligned with architecture strategy.
• Implement, upgrade, and support SAP S/4HANA system versions and DR procedures.
• Lead governance, transport management, and risk remediation within SAP systems.
• Provide production support and incident handling for SAP environments.
• Mentor SAP Ops Team and collaborate with AMS provider for enhancements.
