Job summary

Danta Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP OTC Functional Consultant to manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP SD. The candidate will engage directly with customers, translate business requirements into functional specs, and troubleshoot integrations with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Extensive SAP SD and OTC process knowledge.
• Hands-on Salesforce integration with SAP ECC.
• End-to-end order management expertise.
• Experience with logistics, delivery, shipping, and billing.
• Experience with EDI, IDocs, SAP interfaces, and integration troubleshooting.
• Gathering business requirements and translating to functional specs.
• Strong testing and user acceptance testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support end-to-end SAP OTC business processes.
• Work on Salesforce-SAP integration and troubleshoot interface issues.
• Support order management, logistics, delivery, and billing processes.
• Investigate EDI, IDoc and interface-related issues.
• Gather requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Coordinate with developers and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
• Perform functional testing and support UAT.
• Communicate with business stakeholders and customers.
