Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks an SAP Functional Manager for OTC to lead strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of the SAP OTC platform and related applications. You will oversee a team of SAP functional analysts, consultants, and vendors while partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and business leaders to ensure SAP solutions align with business objectives and best practices.

The role covers the full lifecycle from strategic planning to hyper-care, with a focus on governance,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years in Information Technology.
Minimum 5 years in SAP OTC implementation, configuration, and support.
Minimum 5 years leading design and configuration of core OTC areas (Master Data, Pricing & Conditions, Sales Order, Billing, Invoicing, etc.).
Minimum 3 years of deep SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0 expertise including EDI/IDoc integrations and WRICEF.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, delivery, support, and continuous improvement of SAP OTC platform and related applications.
Oversee a team of SAP functional analysts, consultants, and vendors; partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other functions.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and SAP best practices across the full lifecycle (planning, design, delivery, enhancements, and modernizations).
Drive platform stability, portfolio execution, and vendor management while delivering value through scalable SAP solutions.
