Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash leader to manage and deliver complex SAP engagements across OTC, including Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Pricing and Billing. You will supervise large teams, drive project budgets, and maintain a strong focus on quality and risk management.

Travel 40-60% is expected. You will work within EY’s global SAP service lines, leveraging S/4HANA and Rise, with strong business acumen across Finance and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least eight years’ SAP Order-to-Cash experience (SD in SAP S/4HANA/ECC).
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and manage project teams.
• Knowledge of leading practices and industry benchmarking is preferred.
• Training design and delivery skills a plus.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams (OTC, Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Billing).
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Demonstrate deep SAP OTC and related domain knowledge across Supply Chain, Finance and Procurement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and master data impact on OTC processes.
• Deliver high-quality client services and manage risk.
• Lead client workshops and mentor junior consultants.
• Develop long-term client relationships and opportunities.
