Job summary

EY is a leading global professional services firm seeking an experienced SAP OTC lead to manage complex engagements and deliver end-to-end Order-to-Cash solutions. You will supervise design, configuration, and implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement.

You will drive client workshops, mentoring junior consultants, and developing long-term client relationships while maintaining a strong focus on quality, risk management, and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 5–7 years of SAP experience.
• 8+ years SAP Order-to-Cash with SD in S/4HANA and/or ECC.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams focusing on OTC solutions (Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Credit, Pricing, Billing).
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities with strong business acumen in OTC and related domains (Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic SAP solutions and manage risk.
