EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to join our Technical Consulting team in the United States. The role focuses on SAP OTC and SD, aligning business requirements with technical solutions, and bridging business needs and system design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years relevant SAP OTC/SD experience expected.
• Hands-on experience with SAPOTC processes: order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing, returns.
• Experience developing WRICEF specs and supporting build, test, deploy.
• Familiarity with integrations SAP SD and other modules (MM, FI, TM, EWM).
• Knowledge of EDI/API interfaces and testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze business models and processes to align SAP solutions with needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver architecture solutions.
• Configure SAP SD components like pricing, billing, and output determination.
• Write functional specifications and support documentation for OTC workstream.
• Develop WRICEFs from design through cut-over and hypercare phases.
