Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to join our Technical Consulting team. You will work with clients and internal teams to implement SAP OTC solutions, bridging business needs and technical design, with emphasis on Order-to-Cash processes and system integration.

You will interact with stakeholders to gather requirements, craft functional specifications, and collaborate on architecture while delivering high-quality client services in a hybrid, travel-heavy role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years relevant SAP experience, preferably in OTC/Order-to-Cash.
• Hands-on SAP OTC experience including Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Delivery, Billing, and Returns.
• Experience configuring SAP SD modules (pricing, billing, sales order processing, output determination).
• Experience developing WRICEF specs and supporting build, test and deployment.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, FI, TM, EWM or external systems.
• Exposure to EDI/API interfaces, testing or troubleshooting.
• Experience in SAP implementation life cycle (design, build, test, deploy, hypercare).
• Strong requirements gathering, architecture, blueprinting and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze business models and processes with stakeholders.
• Design and deliver system architecture solutions with technical teams.
• Configure and implement SAP OTC processes across Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Delivery, Billing and Returns.
• Support WRICEF documentation, functional specs and testing.
• Ensure end-to-end integration between SD and MM, TM, EWM and FI.
