Job summary

EY is hiring for a Senior Technology Analyst in SAP OTC to work with clients and EY teams across the US. You will gather requirements, architect SAP OTC solutions, and ensure delivery of end-to-end processes including order management, pricing, delivery, and billing.

The role combines business analysis with hands-on configuration and integration work. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, write functional specs, and design WRICEFs while traveling up to 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Hands-on SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) experience.
• Experience configuring SAP SD modules and writing functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes.
• Analyze implemented solutions to verify alignment with requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design system architectures.
• Map, implement, test and troubleshoot SAP interfaces (EDI/API).
• Deliver high-quality client services and manage project risks.
