EY seeks a forward-thinking SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team as a Senior Technology Analyst. You will gather requirements from clients and internal teams, translate them into effective SAP solutions, and bridge business needs with technical delivery.

You will design end-to-end SAP OTC/SD solutions, help configure modules, and support integrations with MM, FI, TM, and EWM, while building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP OTC processes: Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Delivery, Billing, Returns.
• Experience configuring SAP SD modules: pricing, billing, sales order processing, output determination.
• Experience supporting integrations between SAP SD and MM, FI, TM, EWM and/or external systems.
• Familiarity with EDI/API interfaces, including testing or troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure project delivery.
• Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes.
• Design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Exhibit strong technical expertise in Order Management, Returns, Pricing, and Billing processes.
• Configure and implement SAP SD modules and related outputs.
• Support writing functional specs and project documents for OTC workstream.
• Design and implement WRICEFs from spec to cut-over and hypercare.
• Ensure seamless SD integration with MM, TM, EWM, FI.
• Map, implement, test and troubleshoot EDI/API interfaces.
• Deliver high-quality client services and manage risks.
• Build and maintain client relationships at appropriate levels.
