EY is seeking an experienced SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team as a Senior Technology Analyst. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement SAP OTC solutions, bridging business needs with technical architecture across SD, MM, FI and EWM modules.

You’ll gather requirements, blueprint solutions, design WRICEF items, and support cut-over and hypercare. Travel to clients (40–60%) is expected in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) experience: Order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing and returns.
• Experience configuring SAP SD modules and output determination.
• Experience writing WRICEF specs and supporting build/testing/deploy.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, FI, TM and EWM and/or external systems.
• Exposure to EDI/API interfaces and testing.
• Participation in SAP implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, hypercare).
• Strong skills in requirements definition, analysis and mapping.

Responsabilités

• Interact with stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyze implemented tech to verify it meets requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design system architecture solutions.
• Deliver OTC SAP processes across Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Delivery, Billing and Returns.
• Configure SAP SD modules and ensure end-to-end integration with other modules.
• Write functional specs, BRDs and configuration rational docs for OTC workstream.
• Develop WRICEFs from functional spec to cut-over and hypercare.
• Map, implement and test EDI/API interfaces.
• Manage client relationships, monitor progress and communicate outcomes.
