Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of software industry experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products.
• Relocation is not available; candidates must reside within 50 miles of one of the listed U.S. facilities (Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Smyrna, GA; Beachwood, OH; Moon Township, PA; Raleigh, NC; Houston, TX; Menomonee Falls, WI; South Milwaukee, WI).
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or related programs).

• Lead and participate in planning, definition, development, and high-level design of complex product solutions and architectural options.
• Enable a continuous delivery pipeline through proper design guidelines.
