Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a highly experienced SAP Materials Management and MDG Architect to design and implement SAP MM and MDG solutions, advancing master data governance and guiding integration with EWM and other SAP modules.

You will lead implementation and rollout initiatives, mentor teams, translate business requirements into technical designs, and ensure quality through testing and data migration activities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of SAP experience in SAP MDG and SAP MM on S/4HANA solution implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP MDG and or MM implementations.
• Experience with SAP MDG configuration, architecture, data modeling data governance concepts.
• Strong SAP MM configuration knowledge: purchasing, inventory management, material master, vendor master.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM and its integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, PP).

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP MDG solutions, including data models and workflows.
• Implement data quality rules and governance processes with MDG integration to SAP EWM.
• Implement and support SAP MM components: procurement, inventory management, invoice verification.
• Design integration for materials planning and warehouse management.
• Configure and customize SAP MM to meet business requirements.
• Support integration with SAP modules (SD, PP, FI/CO, WM).
• Translate requirements into technical designs, perform testing, and support data migration and cutover.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and document designs; participate in code reviews.
