Job summary

Siro Clinpharm is seeking a Solution Design Manager to design and implement SAP-based manufacturing execution processes, integrating with production planning, MES, line management systems, and regulatory controls in a pharma setting.

You will lead workshops, estimate effort, ensure architectural alignment, and drive standardized design practices while collaborating with global teams and business functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in manufacturing execution, production planning, MES or related field.
• Experience with integration of SAP PP-PI and MES with SAP EWM.
• Experience in Pharma production (Drug Substance Manufacturing and/or Packaging).
• Excellent organizational skills and capability to work independently and under pressure.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to prepare and run workshops and training courses.

Responsibilities

• Design and build SAP (S/4HANA) based processes for manufacturing execution and integrate with production planning, MES, line management systems, and other functions.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements, align with architectural roadmap, and support standardization while respecting regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT experts and specialists across data & analytics to deliver integrated solutions.
• Prepare fit-gap workshops, identify critical integration points, and estimate efforts with business teams.
• Deliver dedicated project work within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints.
