Job summary

Deloitte's SAP practice is seeking a Senior Consultant to guide SAP MDG implementations from assessment through deployment and post-go-live support. You will work across material, business partner, and finance domains, ensuring data quality and governance while collaborating with client stakeholders.

Preferred candidates bring 5+ years of SAP consulting, MDG configuration experience, and the ability to travel ~50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s degree plus 6+ years of experience in SAP or consulting.
• 5+ years of SAP consulting or enterprise data management experience, including 2 full-lifecycle implementations.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP MDG or SAP master data implementation experience, including 1 full-lifecycle project.
• 2+ years of SAP MDG configuration experience in at least 1 domain, with 2+ capabilities such as data models, FPM, BRFplus, validations, derivations, workflows, or replication.
• 2+ years of experience modeling and maintaining SAP data models across multiple domains.
• Experience migrating data using SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC/LTMOM, LSMW, or SAP Data Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support SAP MDG implementations across domains.
• Configure MDG capabilities including data models, FPM, BRFplus, validations, workflows, replication.
• Collaborate with data stewards to define data requirements and governance rules.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and migration using SAP tools.
• Develop specs, test scripts, cutover plans, and runbooks; support testing and deployment.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
