Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States is hiring for a Package Consultant 2 to participate in requirements gathering, assist in ERP customization, and develop new features within SAP MDG and S/4HANA environments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design solutions, and ensure data integrity through ETL and interfaces while maintaining security and regulatory compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP MDG production support and master data governance processes.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG Data Model, Workflow, BRF+, DRF, and Data Quality Management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, UI5, SAP Gateway, and MDG integrations.
• Expertise in IDocs, RFC, Web Services, APIs, SAP CPI/CI/PI/PO, and interface monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities using SAP monitoring tools and logs.
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and production support within SLA-driven environments.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG security, authorizations, transport management, and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
• Your contribution to the team: Collaboration, translation of requirements into tasks, and strong communication with stakeholders

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Your contribution to the team:

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation

Required Skill and Experience

• Strong experience in SAP MDG production support and master data governance processes.
• knowledge of SAP MDG Data Model, Workflow, BRF+, Data Replication Framework (DRF), and Data Quality Management
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, UI5, SAP Gateway, and MDG integrations.
• Expertise in IDocs, RFC, Web Services, APIs, SAP CPI/CI/PI/PO, and interface monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities using SLG1, SM37, WE02/WE05, BD87, SM58, ST22, and AIF monitoring tools.
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and production support within SLA-driven environments.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG security, authorizations, transport management, and release processes.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills within a global support model.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
