Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC in the United States is seeking a senior, hands-on Technical Program Leader to stabilize and optimize SAP TMS, EWM, and ECC/S4 across global logistics platforms. You will own end-to-end architecture, direct Data/BI resources, and drive a portfolio of internal applications from concept to measurable operating capability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management, systems implementation, or related transformation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP TMS, EWM, ECC/S4 and in-transit/exception-management platforms.
• Experience leading data/BI engineers, reviewing architecture decisions, and approving design documents for critical integrations.
• Experience managing enterprise application integrations, APIs, data flows, and cross-system troubleshooting.
• Experience leading SaaS pilots and platform implementations, post-launch stabilization, and vendor/metric management.
• Ability to convert operational problems into structured requirements, roadmaps, and acceptance criteria; drive cross-functional adoption.
• Experience with UAT, release readiness, change management, training, and adoption.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize, optimize, and integrate SAP TMS, EWM, and ECC/S4; manage backlog and cross-system dependencies.
• Lead in-transit visibility pilot and capability roadmap; define processes, data needs, success measures, and go/no-go criteria.
• Lead discovery and delivery of internal tools to replace fragmented/manual processes; define MVPs and launch plans.
• Own governance, BRD/FSD artifacts, enterprise architecture, and long-term roadmaps; manage vendor relationships and knowledge transfer.
