Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs across industries. The role requires deep SAP EWM and S/4HANA expertise, strong leadership, and client relationship management to deliver complex supply chain initiatives.

You will oversee end-to-end implementation, governance, architecture decisions, and cross-functional teams, with travel up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP supply chain consulting experience
• 4+ years leading SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role
• 4+ years delivering EWM programs in Consumer Goods industry
• Experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies
• Own program governance, timelines, budget and risk management
• Drive solution architecture decisions aligning with client supply chain strategy
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM design including warehouse structure and MFS/automation integration
• Review and approve functional specs, configurations, and test scripts
• Drive integration design across SAP modules and non-SAP systems
• Lead SIT, UAT and cutover planning; develop config and test docs
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability; travel up to 100% as needed
