Job summary

Rimini Street’s Global License and Advisory Services (GLAS) seeks a Senior Software Licensing Analyst – SAP to provide remote-based SAP licensing expertise. You will engage with clients, solicit information, and offer consultative advice on license usage, compliance, and support policy questions, while producing collateral with sales, legal, and marketing teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in SAP license audit/asset management, fluent English, and strong communication skills for all levels

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client-facing IT/software asset management, consulting or audit.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients/prospects to identify SAP license or policy concerns.
• Provide guidance on SAP audit processes and address compliance questions.
• Articulate SAP licensing or vendor support options and considerations.
• Analyze SAP license usage and provide asset management guidance with tool-based solutions.
• Build rapport with client-facing teams and act as trusted SAP license advisor.
• Stay informed on SAP policy changes and vendor activities.
