Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Data Conversion Senior Consultant to support data migration for SAP IS-U implementations and transformations. You’ll analyze legacy data, define conversion requirements, and lead data migration from source systems into SAP IS-U, owning data objects from analysis to post-load validation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
Hands-on data conversion/migration experience in utility env.
Experience with source-to-target mapping, data profiling, transformation rules, mock loads, reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Analyze legacy data structures and source extracts to define conversion requirements.
Define and maintain source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.
Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams on data migration.
Perform data profiling, mock conversions, validation, and reconciliation.
Coordinate ETL activities and data staging with IT teams.
Produce documentation: mappings, validation rules, test scenarios, and sign-off evidence.
