Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Data Conversion Senior Consultant to lead data migration for SAP IS-U implementations across US clients. You will analyze legacy data, define conversion requirements, and support data migration from source systems into SAP IS-U, owning assigned data objects from analysis to post-load validation.

The role requires working with business stakeholders, functional and technical data teams, and delivering conversion solutions through multiple cycles.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP IS-U knowledge and utility industry experience.
• Hands-on data conversion/migration experience in SAP IS-U.
• Ability to define source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and validation.
• Experience collaborating with business users, functional teams, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy data and define conversion requirements for SAP IS-U.
• Perform data profiling, mock conversions, data loads and reconciliation.
• Coordinate ETL activities and data dependencies across SAP IS-U modules.
• Support cutover activities, post-load validation, and issue resolution.
