Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Data Conversion Senior Consultant to support data migration for SAP IS-U implementations. You will analyze legacy data, define conversion requirements, and manage data objects through mock conversions, reconciliation, cutover, and post-load validation.

You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams across utility projects, travel 40-60%, contributing to successful data transformation and sign-off across multiple conversion cycles.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP IS-U knowledge and utility industry experience.
• Hands-on data conversion activities including mapping, profiling, and validation.
• Experience coordinating data loads and defect resolution across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy data structures and target SAP IS-U requirements.
• Define source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.
• Support conversion of business partners, contracts, premises, devices, meter readings, and billing data.
• Perform data profiling, mock conversions, data loads, validation, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate staging and ETL activities with technical data teams.
• Develop and maintain evidence for data conversion validation and sign-off.
• Support multiple conversion cycles and cutover rehearsals.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and project leadership to resolve issues.
