Job summary

You will prepare Excel reports, analyze variances, coordinate with Finance and Logistics, and backfill logistics during outbound shipments. A Bachelor’s in supply chain and 5+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or production planning.
• Strong SAP knowledge and Excel/PowerBI capabilities.
• Experience with month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily SAP production activities, including orders, postings, goods movements, variances, and inventory adjustments.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory and support accurate reporting.
• Perform month-end close activities and variance analysis for production and materials.
• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly Excel reports and provide SAP data to site operations.
• Support inventory control, cycle counts, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and logistics to resolve SAP-related issues.
• Provide backup logistics coverage for outbound shipments and carrier coordination.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational, inventory, and shipment issues.
