The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations or related fields, a Bachelor’s in supply chain management or equivalent, and strong SAP/Excel/PowerBI skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, production planning/scheduling, or a related operational/analytical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Experience with month-end close and inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily SAP production activities including orders, postings, goods receipts, and inventory adjustments.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods and support reporting.
• Perform month-end close activities and analyze production/material variances.
• Prepare daily/monthly Excel reports and provide SAP data analysis.
• Support inventory control activities including cycle counts and inventory records.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Finance during audits and counts.
• Provide backup logistics coordination for outbound shipments, including routing and SAP issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and carriers to resolve issues.
